We charge our clients only when travel vendors will compensate us from the gross amount paid (what you would have paid even without our assistance). We will always work with you to find the best possible price on your next vacation.

Your itinerary will be available on our View Trip website with your specific reservation code. We are directly connected to vendors’ inventory systems, so you can also retrieve your information on their unique client sites. Many of these sites offer a wealth of information to help you prepare for the trip ahead.

Travel insurance provides protection for your travel investment in the event of illness or an unexpected situation. It also helps cover medical expenses abroad, loss of deposits and travel delays due to insured peril. Estate planning can be made easier by having insurance in place.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If it is beyond regular business hours, please contact the next related travel supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line) to cancel any arrangements that you will be unable to utilize. If you purchased travel insurance, please call the insurance company's 24-hour cancellation line to begin the cancellation procedure and receive your full refund.
